For most people, "Doctor" or "Nurse" is a professional title. For me, those titles have names: they are my wife, my brother, my mom, my sister-in-law and the list goes on. Growing up surrounded by family in the medical field, I didn't just see the prestige of the white coat, I saw the reality behind it. I saw the late nights, the missed dinners, and the physical toll of 12-24+ hour shifts. I saw the people I love most pouring every ounce of their energy into the healing of others.

BAJI Scrubs wasn't born in a boardroom; it was born at the family dinner table.

A Passion for Those Who Care

I realized that while my family was busy taking care of everyone else, there was a gap in who was taking care of them. They were wearing scrubs that were either boxy and uncomfortable or overpriced and impersonal. I wanted to change that. I started BAJI Scrubs because I wanted to dress my family in apparel that reflected the excellence of their work and cultural background. I wanted my wife to feel confident, my brother to feel comfortable, and my colleagues in the medical community to feel seen.

We know the perception: people often think medicine is purely about status. But I know the truth. It's about sacrifice. BAJI Scrubs is my way of giving back to the heroes in my life.
